Shipping date & Waiting Time

Mail is sent during the last week of each month. To receive the current month’s print, please join by the 25th of the month. Orders placed after the 25th will be included in the following month’s mailing.

(Example: If you join between March 1st–25th, your first print will ship during the last week of March. If you join after March 25th, your first letter print will be the April edition)

Once your order has been fulfilled, please allow:
– Up to 3–5 business days for UK delivery
– Up to 7–10+ business days for international delivery

How can I update my address, email, or subscription?

You can update your address, email, and billing information, as well as manage your subscription, anytime through your customer portal, using this link.
When will I be billed?

Your membership will automatically renew and be billed on the same date each month as your original subscription date.
How can I track my order?

To keep membership affordable, Whispers of Colours Mail Club orders are shipped using postage stamps and do not include tracking information.
Sign-Up Period

The sign-up period closes on the 25th of each month.
For example: if you sign up on or before March 25th, your first print will be the March edition. If you sign up after March 25th, your first print will be the April edition.
Catch-Up on Previous Prints

You can catch up on past monthly editions at the Catch-Up Prints page. These prints are shipped at the end of each month, at the same time as the regular Whispers of Colours Mail Club mailing.Catch-Up prints are sent in separate envelopes, so if you order both a subscription and Catch-Up prints, you will receive multiple items in your mail. If your Catch-Up prints do not arrive at the same time as your monthly mail, please allow a few additional days for delivery.

Privacy Policy

Your data is used only for internal marketing purposes and will never be sold or shared with outside sources.
Sizes

All original artworks and print sizes are measured in inches.
Return Policy

All sales are final. As each print is made to order, returns, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be accepted.
Processing Time

Art prints are produced on demand and take approximately 7–9 business days to be printed and prepared for shipping. Original artworks ship within 1 week, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Ship Time

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. International orders may take up to 7-10+ days for delivery.
Secure Payment

All payments are processed through secure systems that comply with PCI standards, HTTPS encryption, and industry best practices.
Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me at tenoviciartstudio@gmail.com with your name, order number, and photos of the issue. I will be happy to assist you.
Shipped Package Does Not Arrive

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office with your tracking number (found in your shipping confirmation). In many cases, packages are held at your nearest post office for pickup.
